TalentAgility specializes in customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of consulting services, fees paid for services rendered are nonrefundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your end product, you may submit a request for consideration to receive a partial refund. This request must be sent to marshella@talentagilityconsulting.com within 7 days of client's receipt of final product or close of engaegment with TalentAgility. Partial refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
